Delivery Times
All titles are shipped on the same day for orders received before 3:00pm Melbourne time, and the next day for all orders received after 3:00pm.
Items are shipped with choice of Australia Post and Australia Post Express.
For International customers, we use Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow 10 – 14 working days for delivery.
What is your returns policy for online orders?
We will happily exchange or refund for any misbound or misprinted book. BookPOD are unable to refund freight or shipping charges. We take all necessary measures for the books to be carefully packaged, but cannot be held responsible for damages occurred during freight or shipping. To return a book you must first Contact Us and we will give you instructions on how best to return your order.
How can I pay for my online order?
You can pay by credit card, money order, cheque or by using a BookPOD gift voucher. Further information on payment methods can be found below:
Credit Cards
We accept payment with the following credit cards:
· MasterCard
· Visa
During the checkout process simply choose to pay with a credit card and you will be directed to enter your card details. We automatically delete your credit card details when your order is processed.
Money Orders
We accept payment by money order. During the checkout process simply choose to pay with a money order. After you place your order, we will email you the address to which you should post your money order and correct order value. When you post your order to us please ensure that you write your BookPOD order number and your name on the back of the slip.
Cheque
We also accept payment by personal cheque. During the checkout process simply choose the pay by cheque. International customers wish to pay by cheque must draw a bank draft payable in Australian dollars. The bank draft must be drawn on a bank that has a reciprocal agreement with an Australian bank. After you place your order, we will email you the address to which you should post your cheque and correct order value. When you post your cheque to us please ensure that you write your BookPOD order number and your name on the back of the slip. All cheques should be made out to “BookPOD”.
