Synopsis

Hazel-the Hag was disappointed that last year’s Halloween had been a fizzer, a non-event, so she plans a week of mayhem for the next, one the people of Geelong would remember for years to come.
She decides to summon up an army to trick or treat and do her bidding; although, the hardest part would be where to hide them during the daylight hours. The answer was simple, of course; hide them in plain sight. So she brings the bollards of Geelong to life, all one-hundred of them.
The bollards antics come to the attention of the powers that be, so Inspector Croissant and Detective Focaccia are given the job of bringing the offenders to book. A hard task indeed when magic is afoot.
